The Government of Ontario requires that individuals using interior dining, bar and/or event areas must show a valid proof of vaccination before being permitted to enter. The provincial regulation is here. Members and their guests will be asked to present proof of vaccination at the reception desk at the top of the stairs if they wish to dine or stay at the bar inside.
At the reception desk, members/guests will be requested to indicate whether they will be dining outside or wish to go inside. If members wish to go inside to dine or hang out at the bar, a valid proof of vaccination (2 doses) and identification will be required for all individuals. Please treat our staff with respect.
A valid proof of vaccination can be obtained through the Provincial Booking Portal here. Either an electronic or paper format is acceptable.
If dining outside, proof of vaccination is not required but other current COVID protocols remain in effect. There is no need to show proof of vaccination if using the washrooms or temporarily transiting through the clubhouse.
Although NSC must still keep track of individuals accessing the Clubhouse for contact tracing, as per provincial regulations, we are not permitted to keep track of vaccination status.
