The Fall Series begin the week of August 23 for Tuesday and Thursday evening keelboat racing, and with that change, the location of the courses change. Make sure you head to the correct course – check the Sailing Instructions, if in doubt.
Also note that per SI 6.2, effective September 1st, the warning signal will be at 1800 for the first start on weekday evenings, except on the Thursday night one-design course, the first warning signal is 5 minutes earlier.
Our annual Midnight Madness Race was held on a beautiful moonlit night this past Friday. Eleven avid skippers and their crew embarked on this mission to sail in the dark, and to challenge their sailing abilities.
The BYC gates finally came out June 12 (yeah!), and the BYC race fleets have confirmed they are ready to start Interclub racing. So the switch to the full Interclub racing weeknight series starts June 13 with Tuesday nights PHRF racing.
All NSC Members are welcome to Annual Children’s Christmas Party on 4 December.
