In advance of our already scheduled ABLE Sail Camps for Kids/Youth in August, we are offering complimentary “Give it a Go” orientation opportunities. These sessions are meant to enable both children and their families the opportunity to SEE our facility, to MEET our instructors and staff, to GET IN boats, and to get a feel for the sailing camps that we offer children with physical disabilities.

GIVE IT A GO Orientation Sessions are free, open to all children/families, and available in 3-hour time slots from 9AM-12Noon and 1PM-4PM, Monday to Friday, from July 26-30. We look forward to welcoming families who have children with physical disabilities and who want to learn more about our programs that get children out on the water and sailing.

Our actual ABLE Sail Camps for Kids/Youth run Monday-Friday, 9AM-4PM, for one week, and are offered the weeks of August 16 and 23. Book here. These camps have been specifically developed for youth with physical disabilities. Participation is open to youth 12+ who, under the guidance of our trained and qualified coaches, our dedicated 1:1 companion sailors for each child, and a qualified personal care assistant, will be taught the basics of sailing through a combination of onshore and on-water instruction. We will be using our own NSC Martin 16 adaptive sailboats, specifically designed to accommodate sailors with physical disabilities.
