It comes with deep regret to inform you that after a review of existing conditions effecting the Club’s Hospitality Services, the decision has been made by the NSC’s Board of Directors to suspend these services (effective November 19th 2020) for the remainder of the autumn and winter months.

We understand that traditionally the NSC has maintained a reduced schedule to accommodate members with a hospitable destination to frequent during the Club’s off season – but with the reduced demand for services, loss of popular weekly draws such as Trivia and Music Nights, and the current Code Orange and forecasted restrictions within the Ottawa region, the Board felt the resulting conditions became unfavorable for the continuation of the hospitality services.

We will continue to assess the operations with attention given to both members and staff health and safety, as our goal is to comeback strong for the upcoming 2021 sailing season in order to accommodate a vibrant hospitality service atmosphere.

Sincerely,

Randy Wiseman – Vice Commodore

Walter Howell – Business Manager
