The first Thursday evening “time trial” ran July 16, in a blustery warm breeze out of the south at 8-15 knots. In these time trials, boats start within a 1-hour start window, sailing against the clock, and results are scored using time-on-time handicaps, similar to how our regular races are scored. These time trials will continue Thursday evenings until August 20.
