A celebration of life will be held for George Simpson in the Harbourview Hall on May 8, 1:00 – 3:00 P.M. George was a founding member of the Able Sail program at NSC; he died October 15, 2021. NSC Singlehanded Keelboat Race, Saturday, Sept. 13
The annual NSC Singlehanded Keelboat Race is this Saturday, September 13th! Warning gun is at 1350h, course to be sailed in the vicinity of the racing circle will be displayed on the RC boat. Note: PHRF Boats will be handicapped as having NO spinnakers, however, spinnakers may be used.
Power for Mothers
I, for one, was delighted to see the NSC Mother’s Day Brunch back on the menu. Seemed that the day went off without a hitch – smiling faces all around, hot and cold buffet and a nice warm room on a windy and cool day. Why mention the heat? Read on….
