The Annual General Meeting of the Nepean Sailing Club will be held on Wednesday December 5th, 2018 at 7:30 pm in the NSC HarbourView Hall. All members are welcome.
Please register your participation at the Office between 6:30 and 7:30 pm before the meeting and join us for drinks and snacks (finger-food provided by NSC).
Please note that in accordance with NSC’s Bylaw No. 1 (November 2012) as per Article 3.4 and 3.5, a single vote shall be accorded to:
- Family memberships,
- Adult memberships,
- Student memberships (over 18 years of age)
A voting member may vote by proxy as per the procedures established, which are outlined in the NSC Proxy Voting Procedure documents on the NSC Website. The NSC Annual Report will follow shortly.
