Continuing our tradition of fostering more communication at major meetings, such as the SIM, between members and the Board of Directors, the Membership Director is once again opening the floor to members through an electronic vox populii.

The Interclub Frostbite Series runs the first three Sunday afternoons after weeknight racing, which this year is September 30, October 7 & 14. Come enjoy the fall colours and an afternoon of around the buoys racing. There are two races per day, with the first warning signal at 13:30, per Part F of the Sailing Instructions.
For masts stored on the NSC racks, spreaders must be completely removed and not taped or hanging from the shrouds. Masts must also be labelled with this form; please print and put in a plastic bag affixed to your mast.

New year, new plans, new board. This past week was a “New Year’s Eve” of sorts for me: the Toronto Boat Show always marks the start of my “new year” of boating, and is a chance to look ahead and make “marine plans” for 2016.
