Volunteerism is at the heart of NSC’s success and a beneficial way for members to connect with the club and shape the direction of programs and activities. If you enjoy sailing at NSC and are looking for an easy way to get more involved, Fleet is currently seeking 2016 Chief Promoters and organisers (Chairs) for the following traditional specialty club events:
Commodore’s Sail Past – Saturday June 11
Midnight Madness – Friday August 19
Harbourmaster’s Race – Saturday August 20
Single-Handed Keelboat Race – Saturday August 27
There are also opportunities to join the organising teams for major club events like NSC’s ‘GetOutOnTheWater’ Day, Turkey Trot, or any of our weekend Regattas.
No special knowledge or prior experience required, any training or support tools will be provided, and of course there’s the incredibly competitive compensation package (free beer)!
