The 20-Mile Race is a Long Distance race upriver and back in a single day, usually held in late September.

The up-river turning point is usually a temporary drop mark in beautiful Breckenridge Bay. Breckenridge Bay is on the Quebec side of the river opposite the Port of Call Marina, upriver of Pinhey’s Point. Approximately twenty miles of sailing on the Ottawa River makes for a good solid day of racing. So make sure to bring everything you need to be on the water for a full day. The 20 Mile Trophy Race is the last of the six races in the Interclub Long Distance Series.

Up for grabs is the Brule Bowl trophy for the first NSC PHRF or JAM boat on combined corrected time, plus keepers for the top three boats.

Check the Sailing Instructions or any special notice for additional details.
